By using YOGAFOUNDATION.COM.BD along with all of its subdomain Services, you agree to these conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

Our Services are very diverse, so sometimes additional terms or product requirements (including age requirements) may apply. Additional terms will be available with the relevant Services, and those additional terms become part of your agreement with us if you use those Services.

 

Using our Services

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services.

Don’t misuse our Services. For example, don’t interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. Our Services display some content that is not Yoga’s. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don’t assume that we do.

In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information.

Although we host a great deal of information that pertains to professional topics, including medical, legal, or financial issues, this content is presented for general informational purposes only. It should not be taken as professional advice. Site Policies, Modification, and Severability

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, Service Terms, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

 

Software Services

  1. Use of the Software. You may use Yoga Software solely for purposes of enabling you to use and enjoy the YOGAFOUNDATION.COM.BD along with all of its subdomains Services as provided by YOGAFOUNDATION.COM.BD along with all of its subdomains, and as permitted by the Conditions of Use, these Software Terms and any Service Terms. You may not incorporate any portion of the Yoga Software into your own programs or compile any portion of it in combination with your own programs, transfer it for use with another service, or sell, rent, lease, lend, loan, distribute or sub-license the Yoga Software or otherwise assign any rights to the Yoga Software in whole or in part. You may not use the Yoga Software for any illegal purpose. We may cease providing any Yoga Software and we may terminate your right to use any Yoga Software at any time. Your rights to use the Yoga Software will automatically terminate without notice from us if you fail to comply with any of these Software Terms, the Conditions of Use or any other Service Terms. Additional third-party terms contained within or distributed with certain Yoga Software that are specifically identified in related documentation may apply to that Yoga Software (or software incorporated with the Yoga Software) and will govern the use of such software in the event of a conflict with these Conditions of Use. All software used in any Yoga Service is the property of YOGAFOUNDATION.COM.BD along with all of its subdomains or its software suppliers and protected by Bangladeshi and international copyright laws. 
  2. Use of Third Party Services. When you use the Yoga Software, you may also be using the services of one or more third parties, such as a wireless carrier or a mobile platform provider. Your use of these third party services may be subject to the separate policies, terms of use, and fees of these third parties. 
  3. No Reverse Engineering. You may not, and you will not encourage, assist or authorize any other person to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble, or otherwise tamper with, the Yoga Software, whether in whole or in part or create any derivative works from or of the Yoga Software. 
  4. Updates. In order to keep the Yoga Software up-to-date, we may offer automatic or manual updates at any time and without notice to you. 

 

Refund policy

  1. Donation amounts are not refundable in any case. Double check the amount you want to donate before submission.
  2. If we discontinue a fund where you have already donated, the amount will not be refunded. It will be transferred to another charitable fund.

  3. If you donate mistakenly, you must inform us within 24 hours. If We found the request valid, we will initiate the refund process within 10 working days. It may take additional time for bank and payment gateway to respond. If we do not receive the amount despite you have been charged, it is your responsibility to the refund amount from your payment channel(bank/ mobile banking service).

 

Yoga Online Accounts

  1. In order to access some features of the Service, you will have to create a Yoga Online Account. You may never use another's account without permission. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account, and you must keep your account password secure. You must notify Yoga Foundation immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
  2. Although Yoga Foundation will not be liable for your losses caused by any unauthorized use of your account, you may be liable for the losses of Yoga Foundation or others due to such unauthorized use.

 

Privacy Policy

  1. We collect anonymous usage data to get the service more useful.
  2. We use anonymous donation fund name and amounts to show popular funds.
  3. We don’t sell any personal data to anyone or any company.
  4. We’ll use your contact to notify you about service status or for any clarification. We may in rare cases use this information to notify you about our new services or special offers.
  5. Your minimum information (usually name and email address) will be shared with our trusted partners if you use specific services like online donation which we provide through a third party service.
  6. We are bound to share any data with the local Govt. or agencies of Govt. if they claim any legal issues.

 

Modifying and Terminating our Services

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.

You can stop using our Services at any time, although we would be sorry to see you go. We may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Services at any time.

We believe that you own your data, and preserving your access to such data is important. If we discontinue a Service, where reasonably possible, we will give you reasonable advance notice and a chance to remove information from that Service.
